Daswell Powder has completed the installation of two complete calcium carbonate grinding production lines for two customers in Egypt.
These two projects adopt different ring roller grinding mill configurations according to the customers’ different production requirements.
Project Information
One production line is equipped with two DR-28 ring roller mills. And the other uses two DR-34 ring roller mills. Both of them are designed for fine GCC powder production. The calcium carbonate powder fineness is adjustable with approximately D97 8–45 μm.

Our DR-28 ring roller grinding line can meet the customer’s requirements for flexible GCC powder production.
With the built-in classifier, the qualified ground calcium carbonate can be separated and collected efficiently. And the oversized particles return to the grinding chamber for further processing.
This complete production line includes material feeding, grinding, classification, powder collection, conveying, storage, and packing sections. By adjusting the grinding and classifying parameters, the customer can produce different calcium carbonate powder specifications according to market demand.

The DR-34 provides a higher processing capacity than the DR-28 mill. It is more suitable for larger-scale calcium carbonate powder grinding.
