Two Types of Daswell Powder Air Classifying Mills

There are two types of air classifying mills for you to choose in Daswell Powder. The horizontal air classifying mill has an independent grinding chamber. It is more convenient for you to clean and maintain it than the vertical type. Besides, it also reduces contamination risks. Compared with the horizontal type impact mill machine, the vertical type has a compacter and maturer structure. It is applicable for general ultrafine grinding applications.

During the operation, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber. And the high-speed rotating grinding disc applies strong impact and shear forces to reduce the particle size of materials. Then the airflow carries fine particles to the classifying system. It separates powder according to particle size. The coarse particles return to the grinding chamber for further processing, while qualified fine powders are collected as final products.
