A dolomite powder production line crushes, grinds, and grades raw dolomite into various fine powders for use in building fillers, agriculture, and industry. It primarily uses a jaw crusher for primary crushing, a hammer crusher for secondary crushing, followed by grinding in a ductile iron mill, and then a classifier. Jaw crushers are used in the primary crushing process of dolomite. After coarse crushing, the dolomite is crushed into small particles with a diameter of 40 mm.

Crushed dolomite is transformed into fine powder through a stable and energy-efficient grinding process. Daswell powder offers a variety of grinding solutions with particle sizes ranging from 80 to 2500 mesh, including Raymond mills (80–400 mesh), vertical mills (80–600 mesh, high throughput), and ultrafine grinding systems (400–2500 mesh). A closed-loop design ensures consistent fineness and supports continuous production.

3. Classifying

The air classification system controls the fineness and consistency of the final product by separating qualified powder from coarse particles. The air classifier can be adjusted to different output finenesses (e.g., 200/325/600/1250/2000/2500 mesh). Coarse particles are returned to the grinding system for regrinding.

The finished dolomite powder is collected safely and cleanly. The combination of a cyclone pre-collector and a pulse-jet bag filter forms a reliable negative pressure dust collection solution.
