Core Functions and Grinding Process
Daswell Powder’s talc powder production line is a highly automated solution. It can produce fine talc powder with simple controls, low maintenance, and high yield.
- The process begins with crushing large talc ore to suitable feeding sizes for the grinding mill by using the jaw or hammer crushers.
- Then, the crushed material is fed evenly into advanced mills such as ball mills, ring roller mills, or Raymond mills for efficient grinding.
- After grinding, the integrated classifier system will separate the finished powder by fineness. And the recycled coarse material is returned for re-grinding.
- The final talc powder will be collected by the dust collector. And we have an automatic powder packing machine for bagging your powdery products efficiently.
The powder processing solutions are equipped with a PLC system that automatically monitors the processing. All the processes are environmentally friendly, minimizing dust and emissions.
