Working Principle
The three roller coating machine operates by a continuous and fully automated powder surface modification process.
There is a double screw feeding unit to feed powder materials, which is stored in the silo after grinding and classifying, into the coating machine. And the coating agents will be sent into the machine after measuring. If your coating agents are solid, there is a temperature-controlled heating system for melting the agents into liquid form.
There are three rotating rollers inside the coating machine. Powder and modifier enter the fister chamber in sequence. Inside the chambers, a high-speed rotor generates strong airflow, impact, shear, and vortex mixing. The powder particles and coating agent disperse evenly and interact fully.
During this process, the coating agent is uniformly spread and firmly attached to the powder surface. It can achieve effective surface modification and stable coating performance.
