Core Functions and Grinding Process
Our quartz powder processing plant can turn quartz ore into ultra-fine powder for various industries.
- It starts with preparation and primary and secondary crushing. We have a jaw crusher and a hammer crushing machine for reducing large quartz to suitable feed sizes for grinding mills.
- According to your required final particle size, it is an alternative to choose a ball mill machine or a Raymond mill. The crushed materials will enter the grinding equipment to make powders efficiently.
- After grinding, high-efficiency classifiers separate and return the unqualified particles for regrinding, ensuring precise particle size distribution.
- The dust collection and packaging minimize dust emissions and also ensure consistent powder quality.
