In May 2025, Daswell engineers completed the installation and commissioning of a calcium carbonate milling and coating plant in Tanzania.

This customer is a leading industrial mineral processor serving local and regional markets. They planned to build a high-capacity, stable, and flexible production line to meet the increasing demand for fine-grade calcium carbonate fillers used in masterbatch and other industrial applications.

The customer required a production line capable of delivering ultra-fine and consistent calcium carbonate powder with the following specifications:

Based on the customer’s requirements, Daswell provided a turnkey calcium carbonate milling and coating solution integrating crushing, grinding, classification, dust collection, and surface modification.
