The typical dry grinding process includes several key steps

  1. Crushing: Limestone or calcite is reduced to a suitable feeding size using jaw crushers or hammer crushers to ensure stable downstream grinding.
  2. Grinding: According to your final applications, target fineness and the capacity requirements, we configure a suitable grinding mill machine for processing.
  3. Classification: High-efficiency air classifiers separate qualified fine powder and automatically return coarse particles to the grinding circuit, making sure the precise and uniform particle size.
  4. (Optional) Surface Coating: The qualified fine powder is transferred to a coating machine. You can use the surface coating agent such as stearic acid or silane.
